Good condition, thin, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, and adhesive residue.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  A couple pages have tiny stains on their edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
