Fair condition hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover that have been taped to the inside covers of the book.  The dust jacket has stains, small tears, and scuffing.  The front inside cover has a large sticker that shows the book used to belong to Mormon author Olive Burt.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains from the tape that was used to attach the dust jacket and mylar cover to the inside covers.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have small stains on the edges.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
