This copy has an ink inscription inside the front cover. It comes with the white and green box; box has a little damage to it. No cards; just the book and box.

For some reason this edition sometimes has issues with the glue, so there is some waviness to the green leather down the left side of the spine; and there are glue stains which show thru the pasted down end sheets.

Otherwise good.
