Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has pieces torn off, tears, peeling, scuffing, fraying, some stains, and bent corners.  The fold-out in front mostly torn out.  Fold-out in middle of book is good.  The internal binding is torn.  Some pages have stains, creases, or tears.  The front inside cover has a patch of tearing where something large was removed, and some writing in pen and pencil.  The title page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
