The title above is the one on the front cover, but the real title is much longer:

Biographical and Historical Memoirs of Pulaski, Jefferson, Lonoke, Faulkner, Grant, Saline, Perry, Garland and Hot Springs Counties, Arkansas, Comprising A Condensed History of the State, a Number of Biographies of Distinguished Citizens of the same, a Brief Descriptive History of each of the Counties above named, and numerous Biographical Sketches of their Prominent Citizens.

Illustrated. The Goodspeed Publishing Co. 1889. Leather binding with cool design on the front board. The spine must be missing because it has black tape on it, and it appears to have been there for some time. Pages are actually pretty good, but some seem a bit crooked or very slightly separating from the spine. 

Binding poor and text not so bad; some soiling and pages a bit dusty, but again, the pages themselves are not bad at all. Some foxing to pages; especially the ones with pictures.
