Fair condition, teal hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some scuffing, and fraying.  The internal binding has some tears.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has unrelated writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have tears on the edges, or small pieces torn off of the edges.  One of the pages has the mentioned memorial service paperclipped to it.  Said memorial service has multiple creases, stains, small tears, and scuffing.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
