Fair-good condition, large, thick, white hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has some adhesive residue, some small stains, wrinkling, some scratches, and some small tears and fraying at the edges and corners.  The inside front flap of the dust jacket has the top corner cut off. The front inside cover and flyleaf have some minor water damage at the binding where some residue was removed.  The edges of several pages have minor stains that do not carry to the page margins.  The front flyleaf has a couple tiny stains.   The title page has some writing in pencil.
