4 fair condition, black hardcovers with no dust jacket.  The covers have scuff marks, scratches, and the edges and corners are slightly crushed or frayed.  The first page of the first volume has pencil marks.  A couple of the volumes have torn inner binding.  Some pages may minor stains or pencil marks that do not interfere with the legibility of the text……………………………………………………v1 Bx1031
