April 8, 1836 — Handwritten Document Signed by a Man Named John Taylor and others named Isaiah and Hiram Shepard

States: “Auditors Office Morgan County, Ohio, April 8th, 1836.”

It has the before mentioned signatures, and a fourth signature that we can’t figure out, “Wm. Dubin….”??

Document is over 7 inches wide and about 6 inches tall.
