We may be interested in selling this building; but not the STORE!

The first level has an EBORN BOOKS renting the 2200 square feet.

The second level has two Apartment Rentals. One apartment is two bedroom and one is a one bedroom. Both are currently rented.

The third level is a bit dilapidated; could use major renovation. The 2200 square feet up there could be a beautiful condominium with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautiful windows. There is a view out the one side of the steeple of the Nauvoo Temple.
