Old Photograph — Old House with Vines and Fence

This old photograph is mounted on a black cardboard-like backing; no words of any kind on either side to help identify the picture.

We believe it is somewhere in Utah, but not sure. The whole item a pictured is about 9 inches wide; some obvious chipping to the black cardboard backing; also some slight water stains visible on the back.
