This item is extremely unique. We could not find a copy anywhere else online.
It is only 6 single-sided pages; very thick cardboard paper.
Slightly dampstained but not bad.
It appears to have originally been held together by two little ribbons (one of which is now missing.)
We have provided a full photo of the first page and a close-up partial photo of the sixth page (to show more close-up detail). The item is about 10 inches wide.
