V500-1932 Christian Science Hymnal-Full Leather

Some heavy wear to the edges along the spine with tears to top and bottom and leather flaking off. Flakes off along all edges somewhat as well. Age discoloration/scrapes/smudges to front and back of covers. First fly leaf has been torn out with some tearing along spine inside against first page. Binding still holding strong on pages. Pages are clean of marks but thin, so that sometimes the notes from the next page bleed through into the current page.
