Fair condition, hardcover with no dust jacket.  The outer spine has been most, and there are some pieces missing from the second layer.  The cover has scratches, scuffing, and some tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The inside front cover and front flyleaf have writing and marks in pen.  The pages have faint stains at their corners, some pages have corners torn off, tears at the edges, or some wrinkling.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
