Fair condition, thin, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has minor stains and scuffing.  The front flyleaf and title page have signatures written by the author in marker and pen.  The front flyleaf also has some stains, writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have faint stains in the margins, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
