Fair to poor condition, comic book.  Quite worn. BUT, this was the first issue and is extremely rare.

The cover has heavy wear, scuffing, scratches, pen marks, marker, fraying and tears along the edges and corners.  Some pages are dog-eared or have stains that do not interfere with the illustrations or text.  The first page has some pencil marks.  The binding is a bit crooked.
