Fair condition, thin, cream, staple-bound softcover.  The cover is missing.  The first and last pages have heavy scuffing, some stains, a patch of adhesive residue, and some creasing and some tiny tears at the corners and edges.  The title page has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The title page also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
