Fair-good condition, large, dark green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, many thick, black marks on the back, tiny dents, some scratches, or some tears or small pieces torn off the edges.  Some pages have stains on the edges or tiny stains in the margins, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.  The front flyleaf has some writing in pencil, eraser marks, and a faint gray stain.
