Fair condition, large, thin, dark green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, moderate scuffing, some tears, small pieces torn off the edges, fraying, and slightly bent corners.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The internal binding is torn.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Pgs. 9-10 have a large piece torn off that is stuck to pgs. 11-12 do to being cut improperly.  Some pages have small stains in the margins.
