Fair condition, large, very thick, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, fading, some stains, some wrinkling, and some small tears with fraying (mostly at the corners).  The last 50 pages have water damage, causing wrinkling and some stains.  Some pages have small and faint stains on the edges, or some creased corners.  The front inside cover has an old, used check taped to it.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen and pencil and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
