Good condition, black hardcover with a fair condition dust jacket and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has tears, small pieces torn off, heavy scuffing, and stains and heavy yellowing on the back.  The front flyleaf has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have tiny pieces torn off their edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear and legible.
