Fair condition, small, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, a corner torn off, tearing at the corners and edges, and fraying.  The pages have some stains, and creased corners.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
