Fair condition, blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, tears, fraying, scratches, some stains, and bits of residue.  The inside covers and flyleaves have tape to keep them attached to the other pages.  The internal binding is torn, causing some pages to be partially detached from the binding.  The front flyleaf and following page have writing in pencil.  Some pages have small tears on the edges.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
