Good condition, thin, black hardcover with a dust jacket and a mylar cover.  The mylar cover has some bubbling.  The dust jacket has scuff marks, two large tears, and fraying at the corners and edges.  The front inside flap of the dust jacket has its top corner cut off, and the back inside flap is wrinkled.  The flyleaf has writing in pencil.  The title page has the signature of the author written in marker!  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
