Fair condition, thick, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some small dents, bent corners, fraying at the corners, scuff marks, heavy discoloration on the spine, and long tears on the left, right, and top edges of the spine.  The pages have yellowing at their edges.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
