Good condition, gray hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has some stains, yellowing along the edges, scuffing and wrinkling.  The title page has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The title page also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have small stains on the edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
