Fair condition, hardcovers with fair condition dust jackets and mylar covers.  The dust jackets have tears, stains some small pieces torn off, fading, and fraying at the edges and corners.  The edges of the pages have stains.  The flyleaves have some creasing, and writing in pen and pencil.  The Page 494 has a circular section of peeling where a previous owner had used a sticky metal disc as a bookmark, but the patch is over a section where there is no text, though you can see the text on the other side through that patch.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
