Fair condition, hardcover with no dust jacket, and with a black spine.  The front cover has been completely detached from the binding.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, scratches, some pieces torn off of the spine, and some tears.  The internal binding was partially torn.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have stains, but the text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
