Fair condition, 3/4 leather, hardcover book with a black spine, and no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, fading, bent or crushed corners, wrinkling on the spine, and tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is legible, though a few pages have slightly faded text, but it is still readable.
