Fair condition, thin paperback.  The cover has creasing, a long tear on the spine, scuffing, fading, some wrinkling, and some smaller tears at the corners and edges.  The first page has writing in pencil.  The internal binding is slightly torn and loose.  The top edges of the pages have a patch of blue adhesive next to the spine.  Some pages have slightly creased corners.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
