Fair condition, very thick, light blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, bent corners, and long tears on the edges of the spine.  The binding is torn, frayed, and loose with some tape.  Some pages have been torn from the binding.  Some pages have tears and creasing.  The front inside cover has stamps, writing in pencil, adhesive residue, and an old address sticker.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
