Acceptable condition. The cover has many scuffs, markings, tears at the corners, a stain, scratches, and residue. The pages have water damage that caused creasing, with a large stain overlapping multiple pages, and smudges at the edges of the pages. There is an extra piece of paper glued to the cover page with tears and stains. The pages are partially loose, but the edges of the pages having tears and scuffs.
