Extremely rare in any condition, and this condition is not great; it has a library-type binding with library markings inside and out.

ALL OF THE PAGES ARE LOOSE in the binding (some are still hooked together). They are somewhat brittle due to age; an imperfect copy, but a first edition nonetheless, which you really won’t find anywhere else! Fair to poor condition, but very unique and scarce.
