Fair condition, used tabletop game kept within its original box.  The box has some tears, scuffing, and fading.  The pieces are underneath the game board, with many of them loose, some of these small pieces may have gone missing over the years.  The instruction manuals, attrition table, and record cards are still included, having some slight wrinkling or yellowing, but they are still in good shape.
