Fair condition, small, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scratches, scuff marks, fading, fraying, and tears.  The spine has been torn off so that the covers are not attached to the rest of the book.  The binding is torn and loose.  The cover page has an old stamp and lots of writing in pen and pencil.  Some pages have some minor stains or writing in pencil.
