Large size softcover; small tears and some slight chipping to edges of wraps and perhaps some on some map edges, tear on back cover about an inch or so; small stains to front wrap; also an inch or so tear at the bottom of the front wrap; but overall the large fold-out maps are all in quite good condition; good to very good overall; rare.

This thing measures 18 1/2 inches by almost 22 inches.
