Fair condition, thin, tiny, staple-bound, orange pamphlet.  The cover has some color fading, creasing, and tears.  The binding is frayed.  There are pages throughout that are motheaten, or have tears.  Most of the pages have what appear to be someone’s personal notes and brief journal entries, written in pencil.  One page has a stamp.  Some pages are separate from the binding……………………………………v702 Bx1197
