The cover is fraying and tearing around the edges, especially around the spine and corners. The material on the spine is almost completely disconnected and being held on by tape. There are also some stains and discoloration around the cover. A lot of the pages have stains and are very stiff. The edges of the pages are very stained as well, and have some minor scratches.
