Good condition, hardcover with a beige spine and no dust jacket.  The cover of the book has large scuff marks, scratches, some pencil marks, and some adhesive residue.  The corners also have some wear.  The first two pages have some pencil marks.  The next page has the signature of the author written in black ink!  The edges of some pages have wear.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible………………………………………….v1 Bx871
