Fair condition, small, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffs, scrattches, some stains, the front cover is detached from the rest of the book (but still included), the spine has tears, and is missing the bottom half of its shell.  There is an old sticker from a previous owner on the inside front cover.  The flyleaf has some pencil marks.  The inside back cover has an inscription written in pencil.  Some pages have minor stains that do not interfere with the text.  Overall, for a book that is over 300 years old, it’s in pretty good shape……………………………………….v1 Cave 132
