Fair condition, large, softcover with a white coil binding, and a mylar front cover, and an included CD found in a pouch attached to the back inside cover.  The mylar cover has some scuffing.  The back cover has some, large, faint stains.  The table of contents page has writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.  The included CD has not been opened.
