Fair condition, thin, tan, oblong, staple-bound softcover.  The cover has stains, some wrinkling, scuffing, fading, some tears, and some tiny pieces torn from the corners of the spine.  Some pages have dents, or faint stains, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.  The title page has a signature written by the author in pen!  The title page also has some writing in pencil, and eraser marks.
