Fair condition, thick, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some pale scuff marks, and some wear at the corners and edges.  The pages throughout have stains, but the text and illustrations are legible.  The inside covers and flyleaves have some stains from the adhesive of their binding.  The front flyleaf has gray scuff marks, writing in pencil, and eraser marks.  The front inside cover has the remains of a large sticker.
