Fair condition, thick, tan, suede leather book.  The spine has long tears along its edges, causing the front cover to be mostly detached from the rest of the book.  The cover has tears, some peeling, scuffing, some scratches, and fraying (mostly at the corners, some of which are slightly bent).  The inside front cover has two large, ex-library stickers.  The back flyleaf has writing in pen.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  The inside covers and flyleaves have yellowing along their edges.
