Fair condition, brown, leather-bound book.  The front cover has been partially torn from the binding.  The covers have fading, scuffing, small stains, and tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The spine has tears on the edges, pieces torn or peeled off, and some fraying at the top and bottom edges.  The front inside cover has a large sticker.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  Some pages are detached form the binding.  The front flyleaves have writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  The title page has a large stain, and a long pencil marks.  The edges of some pages have stains.  Some pages have minor stains or creasing at the margins.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
