1947- Old Utah License Plate- This is the Place

This is a black and yellow 1947 Utah License plate. The plate has some rust (as pictured). There are some scuff marks on the numbers. The numbers are yellow and have some scuff marks. The Paint has is coming off at the top. There is lettering on the bottom that says this is the place.
