Acceptable Condition. Front cover cracking inside along spine. Some bubbling to both front and back cover, more on back. Light water/age staining on both upper and lower page corners through book,no warping on pages. Inscription to previous owner on first fly leaf.  Some markings in red pen and red pencil throughout.
