Fair condition, 3/4 suede leather, hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, fading, peeling of the leather, some long tears on the spine.  The internal binding is torn.  Some pages have stains, pen marks, or creases.  The inside covers and flyleaves have yellowing, stains, writing in pencil, and eraser marks.
