Fair condition, 3/4 leather, hardcover book with a brown spine, and no dust jacket.  The front board is mostly detached from the binding.  The cover has tears, pieces torn off, peeling, adhesive residue, tape, and scuffing.  The binding is torn, causing some pages to be detached from the binding (whether fully or partially).  The title page has writing in pencil.  Some pages have tears or creases on the edges, or small stains, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear, and legible.
