Fair condition, 3/4 leather hardcover with a brown spine, and no dust jacket.  The cover has peeling, some tears, scuffing, some pieces torn off, and pieces torn off.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  Some pages have tears on the edges, stains, or creases.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
